What is your cancellation policy if I book online?
We never charge a change or cancellation fee, as part of our Risk-Free Booking policy. However, each hotel has its own change / cancellation policy in which we are required to pass on. Some bookings are non-refundable. If you have booked a non-refundable rate, then you will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I find a telephone number to the hotel/resort?
After you have completed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email that provides the hotel’s contact information.
How do I get a receipt for my hotel/resort reservation?
Receipt for your hotel reservation is easy to locate. After you have made your reservation, we will send you a confirmation via email, which also serves as your receipt. Upon check-out, you will receive an additional receipt from the hotel detailing any additional charges you might have added during your stay.
When will I be charged for my hotel/resort reservation?
Most reservations are pre-paid at the time of booking. For other bookings, you will pay the hotel directly at the time of your stay.
